Aahhhh.... Shangri La. This restaurant is a favorite for fresh Florida fare. It's a gathering place for both islanders and visitors to watch the sunset at days end. We love this pizza! It's a great first night take out option or just anytime that you don't feel like cooking! It's a thin-crust pizza, so order enough for your group. The pizza has the perfect ratio of toppings to crispy crust. You have to try the garlic knots with dipping sauce. Pure Heaven!

Skinny's Place

3901 Gulf Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217, United States
941-778-7769

The BEST BURGERS in our opinion. Best beach dive in Holmes Beach owned by the same family since the 50’s! The burgers are to die for, curly fries and frosty beer are the specialties here, but we love the onion rings!

Don't be intimidated be the rustic beach shack, grab a place at the bar or chillax in a spot at the outdoor picnic tables.

Vinny & Cheryl's Italian Kitchen

5337 Gulf Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217, United States
941-896-9754

This is fabulous authentic  Italian food mostly available for take-out but has some small bistro tables outside. What a great way to give the chef in your group a break from cooking dinner!

Sirenia Favorites are their home-made meatballs and definitely try the eggplant parmigiana! Not to be missed are the home-made bread and cannolis.

Los Chiludo's Fresh Mexican Grill

3232 E Bay Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217, United States
941-345-4102

Los Chiludo is as authentic as it gets. Chef Jose, originally from Mexico City, brings genuine flavors to every dish on the menu. Most items are very reasonably priced, with nearly everything under $20. A standout choice is the Carnitas Platter—perfectly tender pork topped with onions, cilantro, and salsa, accompanied by rice, pinto beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, and soft corn tortillas. It’s a hearty, satisfying meal that leaves you completely full.

Its modern yet welcoming, focusing on fresh, quality ingredients.

The Ugly Grouper

5704 Marina Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217, United States
941-896-8033

This is a bustling, lively spot for families and groups to enjoy not only the seafood and casual burgers, but so many game stations next to the 3000 pound metal grouper statue. A bit eccentric? You could say that. We love the outdoor seating which is huge, tons of games for everyone to play and they often have live music and sports games on the TVs. Good food and great for young families with kiddies that need to stretch their legs.

Scott's Deli

5350 Gulf Dr, Holmes Beach, FL 34217, United States

941-778-3000

Scott's Deli has the BEST SUBS on the island, without a doubt. They serve up fast, fresh, delicious homemade sandwiches using the highest quality ingredients. What we love about this restaurant is their service. They deliver straight to the beach and even offer packed lunches for boating. Our favorite!

Since they renovated it has lots of room and is owned by the same proprietor as The Sandbar Restaurant. Here you will find a larger dining area with a family-friendly environment serving up the same great Florida seafood. Look for their “Beach Value Menu” and Happy Hour giving your great deals on their cocktails and delicious food. www.groupersandwich.com
