The Center also serves as a post-Hurricane Shelter.

The Center's Class/program schedules, fees, instructors, policies and procedures are subject to change at any time.

As part of our commitment to the community, we pay a limited membership fee that is transferable to each of our guests. Proof of guest name and entry procedures are required for our guests. 

Guest use includes the following:

• Use of  a 2,000 square foot open-air Fitness Center

• Cardio Center (featuring FreeMotion ™ Equipment)

• Weight Center

• Circuit Training Center (featuring FreeMotion ™ Equipment)

• Stretch and Balance Center

• Center Playground

• Center Fields for Soccer and other outdoor activities (if not in use for programming)

• Center Gymnasium for Basketball or Pickleball (if not in use for programming)

• Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball Courts outside​

• Select Fitness Classes are available under the membership

  • Yoga, Beach Yoga, Hot Yoga, Chair Yoga, Iron Yoga

  • Pilates Yoga Mix

  • Total Body Conditioning, Functional Strength and Conditioning, Foundations of Strength and Conditioning, Strengthen and Lengthen

  • Line Dancing

  • Gentle Aerobics

  • Tai Chi

  • Zumba, Zumba Gold
