The Gulf of Mexico is only a few steps away to watch the famous sunsets at days end. Found in the coveted city of Anna Maria, Sirenia By The Sea has large open interiors with most of the living area is found on the ground floor. We have been fortunate to host guests that require wheelchair access.

Located directly on the waterfront, you are perfectly placed to enjoy boating, fishing, and water sports, with short and easy access to the Gulf of Mexico ~ no bridges! Make a quick getaway to one of our deserted islands to spend your days diving, snorkelling, shelling, suntanning and swimming or vacation the island way, by sitting back and enjoying the waterfront on the balcony overlooking the water. For beach lovers, the Gulf of Mexico beach is extremely close by. Walk over for a sunset stroll or spend the day swimming, building sandcastles and memories. 1 block with pedestrian crossing and public beach access right on our street!
SOAK UP THE BEACH LIFE
Relax in the heated salt water pool and large hot tub. Slow down and take some time to enjoy a cocktail or a great book on the hammock or under the tiki hut. Grill up a coastal feast and dine al fresco for true outdoor island life, with space for the entire clan. Hop into your boat or kayak and explore the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. Cast your line off the dock for some fishing and slow down to island time. Outside is where you should be living, enjoying the beach life.

RELAX IN FIVE STAR LUXURY
A new calm coastal interior envelops you, with plush furniture in two living rooms plus a den/flex space for you to curl up in. Send the kids to happily watch Netflix in one living room and the adults can ease back and enjoy conversation in front of the fireplace overlooking the waterfront pool terrace. Family movie night is a snap with the large flat screen TVs. Total relaxation is on the agenda.
Fully outfitted, large, quartz countertop kitchen with stainless steel appliances will respond to your inner foodie. The kitchen is outfitted with a wine fridge and coffee/cocktail bar. We have 2 full size refrigerators for your use as well as 2 sets of washer and dryers.
Two grilling options are available Weber gas BBQ or charcoal grill.
Spoil yourself in a private home large enough to house 3 private king-size bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, televisions in most bedrooms and cozy bed linens. A queen bedroom is perfect for late sleepers in its own 'wing' with en suite bathroom. The front main floor bedroom houses 2 twin beds. The upstairs den is a flex space with double over double mattress bunk bed.

Sirenia By The Sea is located on a quiet residential street, three homes away from the free island trolley and a few steps further to the Gulf of Mexico beach, The shops and restaurants on Gulf Dr are three blocks away and The Sandbar Restaurant is an easy walk down the beach.
The beach is 1 block and 3 homes from Sirenia By The Sea, the pedestrian crosswalk is conveniently located on our street, so load up the beach wagon with our complimentary beach chairs, fluffy beach towels, umbrellas, cooler and more and head out for a day of relaxation or a sunset view.
The nearest Marina to gas up your boat is Galati Marina which you pass by to head from our house to the Gulf of Mexico.
